The network that Neurolife coordinates families

We help children and adults with neurological, orthopedic and systemic conditions return to a full life. We combine rehabilitation methods (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy), Traditional Chinese Medicine and case-manager support across six clinics in the network — five in China and one in Uzbekistan.

Origin

From the first centre in Huizhou to a network of 22+ clinics

The Neurolife network started in 2015 in the Chinese city of Huizhou — with the first paediatric rehabilitation centre. By 2025 it has grown into more than 22 clinics across China and Uzbekistan and covers four divisions: paediatric and adult rehabilitation, Han's Biotech stem-cell therapy, the Microbiota Lab gut microbiome programme, and the «Love on the Way» education and medical-tourism platform.

Every clinic brings together an international team: rehabilitation physicians, specialists of Traditional Chinese Medicine, orthopaedists, interpreters and case managers. We help families from 12 countries arrange the entire journey — from documents and flights to accommodation and post-treatment follow-up visits.

The network runs as a single coordination point for Russian-speaking families: a short quiz, a clinic recommendation matched to the diagnosis, and a dedicated case manager. Everything that follows — programme selection, cost alignment, travel and accommodation logistics, post-discharge follow-up — is handled by one network coordinator, so the family does not have to call each clinic on their own. This is how the partners' clinical expertise — the paediatric centre in Huizhou, the orthopaedic unit of Narodnaya Bolnica, the H&B Neurolife children's rehabilitation centre in Shangrao, the Microbiota Lab, the Han's Biotech centre, and the Tashkent branch — folds into a single chain of decisions around each family.

Network principle since 2015

Our work rests on a single principle: «One case manager — six clinics in the network». The case manager stays with the family at every stage — from the first enquiry to follow-up visits after discharge. Four rules guide our work: transparency, companionship, accessibility and honesty.

Rules

Four principles our coordination stands on

These rules shape how we talk to families and to our clinics. Not marketing — the operational ethics every coordinator works by.

Transparency

Clear prices, clear expectations, clear division of responsibility — what the case manager handles, what the clinic does, what the family decides.

Companionship

The case manager stays with the family at every stage — from the first enquiry to follow-up visits after discharge. Documents, flights, accommodation, treatment, outcome tracking.

Accessibility

Case managers and interpreters available 24/7 — in Russian, English and Chinese.

Honesty

If another clinic in the network suits the child better — we'll say so straight away. We won't take a family on just for the sake of a contract.

Markers

What we have built together

Not «best in the world» — what is actually backed by contracts with the network clinics and the archive of family stories. Four markers we put forward to families before the first call.

22+ clinics in two countries

From the first centre in Huizhou (2015) to a mature network across China and Uzbekistan. A single intake — access to all partner clinics.

8188+ patients from 12 countries

We welcome families from Russia, CIS, Eastern Europe and Asia. Case managers work in Russian, English and Chinese.

Han's Biotech partnership

Direct access to stem-cell therapy through the network partner Han's Biotech — a Sanqi-certified cell supplier in China.

International team

Rehabilitation physicians trained in Russia and China, TCM specialists with decades of experience, orthopaedists and neurosurgeons, in-house interpreters.
