These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Agreement) govern the relationship between the DCP China coordination platform (hereinafter — the Operator) and the website user (hereinafter — the User).

Using the website signifies the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the website.

The Operator reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement unilaterally. Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website.

  • Coordination between the User and the clinic: documents, translation, travel arrangements

Specific terms of medical service provision are determined by an individual contract between the User and the selected network clinic, not with the Operator.

5. Limitation of Liability

Information on the website is provided "as is" and is for reference purposes only. The Operator is not responsible for possible inaccuracies or typos.

Use of website materials without written permission of the Operator is prohibited. Citation with a mandatory reference to the source is permitted.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Information about treatment methods, procedures, and their effectiveness is provided based on network clinics' experience and does not guarantee similar results for every patient. The Operator does not provide medical services and does not independently verify this information.

Rehabilitation results are individual and depend on many factors: diagnosis, age, general health, regularity of sessions, and other circumstances.

Treatment decisions should be based on consultation with the selected clinic's qualified medical specialists.

All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the use of the website shall be resolved through negotiations.

If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with applicable law.
