1. Preamble
I, the data subject (hereinafter referred to as the User), freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, hereby give consent to the DCP China coordination platform (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) — a network of rehabilitation clinics in China and Uzbekistan, whose coordination office is located at: South side of CP elderly House, Haitoupu Garden, Yapo Corner lot, Nyenshan Town, Huidong County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China — to process my personal data under the following conditions.
This consent is given in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL), the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ 'On Personal Data', and generally accepted international personal data protection standards — to the extent applicable to the processing of data of citizens of the respective jurisdictions.
2. Categories of Personal Data
This consent applies to the processing of the following categories of personal data:
- Full name
- Contact phone number
- Email address
- Information about the child's diagnosis (classified as a special category of personal data — health data)
3. Processing Purposes
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Matching the User with a DCP China network clinic based on the stated diagnosis and forwarding the request to the selected clinic
- Contacting the User to provide information about network services, request status, and results
- Coordinating between the User and the partner clinic (documents, translation, travel arrangements)
- Statistical analysis of inquiries to improve the quality of the network's work
4. Processing Methods
The Operator processes personal data by the following methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. Processing may be carried out with or without the use of automated means.
5. Consent Duration
This consent is effective from the moment it is given until withdrawal, but for no less than 3 (three) years from the date of the User's last interaction with the Operator.
Upon expiration of the specified period in the absence of interaction, consent is automatically terminated, and personal data is subject to destruction or anonymization.
6. Consent Withdrawal Procedure
The User has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to the Operator's email address.
The Operator is obliged to cease processing personal data and ensure their destruction within no more than 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receiving the withdrawal request.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. The Operator may continue processing data if there are other legal grounds provided by applicable law.
7. Special Consent for Medical Data Processing
Information about the child's diagnosis constitutes a special category of personal data (health data). By providing this data, the User gives explicit and informed consent to its processing and sharing with the selected network clinic solely for the purpose of matching the User with a clinic and providing rehabilitation services. The Operator itself does not provide medical services.
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL), processing of sensitive personal information, including health data, is permitted with the separate, explicit consent of the data subject.
In accordance with Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, processing of special categories of personal data is permitted with the written consent of the data subject.
Under generally accepted international norms, processing of health data is permitted only where the data subject has given explicit consent for one or more specified purposes.
The Operator ensures the confidentiality of medical information when it is shared with the partner clinic; further processing of the data by the clinic is governed by the medical confidentiality obligations of its staff.
