Scoliosis — where it's treated in the network
Scoliosis is a three-dimensional spinal deformity that calls for early correction during the child's active growth period. Our network of 6 clinics offers a range of approaches: from a basic exercise therapy and massage program in Tashkent to a deep 3D CAD/CAM bracing program and surgical support in the Chinese clinics. A network coordinator will help select the right clinic based on the Cobb angle and the child's age.

What is Scoliosis?
Scoliosis is a three-dimensional spinal deformity with lateral curvature and vertebral rotation. ICD-10 codes the idiopathic form (about 90% of cases) under M41; congenital vertebral malformations sit under Q67. By age of onset: early (under 3), juvenile (3–10), adolescent (10–16, the most common form). The key quantitative measure is the Cobb angle.
Families reach the network case manager at different stages: after first detection — for radiography and Cobb/Risser staging; with Cobb 25–40° in a growing child — for a custom 3D CAD/CAM brace; with severe forms requiring spinal fusion — for inpatient rehabilitation; or for regular follow-up every 6–12 months. Details on diagnostics, correction program and surgery are in the expandable blocks below.
