Doctors' review of your case
Before we suggest a clinic, the network's doctor panel reviews your medical records and provides a written opinion: whether rehabilitation is possible, what contraindications exist, and what to expect.
Fill in the medical questionnaire10–15 minutes. You can attach records and videos to the questionnaire or send them to the coordinator via messenger.
How it works
Photos of medical records
Upload photos or scans of discharge summaries and reports — in any language, no advance translation needed.
Medical questionnaire
10–15 minutes: patient age, diagnosis, symptoms, treatment history.
Short videos of the condition
Up to 1 minute — how the patient moves, speaks, reacts. It helps doctors see the condition, not just read about it.
The doctor panel reviews the materials
1–3 days — several doctors from different specialties review the case and prepare an opinion.
