From the first question to coming home
One coordinator guides each family through the whole network — picks the clinic, agrees the programme with the doctors, helps with visa and translation, stays in touch after discharge.
2-minute quiz
Tell us who the patient is and the diagnosis. You'll see 1–3 recommended clinics with reasoning right after.
Clinic match
A case manager reviews your medical history with the clinic team and confirms the programme. Available in Telegram and WhatsApp.
Intake & travel
Send the medical records — we handle visas, flights, accommodation. Translation in Russian, English and Chinese.
Treatment & follow-up
A 4–8 week programme on site. Once you're home, the coordinator stays in touch — written guidance for continued care and scheduled follow-up visits.
What families ask most
How much does a treatment course cost?
Who handles the visa and travel?
How long is a course and can it be repeated?
What does the network coordinator actually do?
Talk to a network coordinator
