Ortho — where it's treated in the network
Our network of 6 clinics offers a range of approaches to pediatric orthopedics — from a light conservative program close to home in Uzbekistan to deep surgical support with inpatient post-op rehabilitation in China. Biomechanical insoles and custom CAD/CAM orthoses, 3D scanning of feet and posture, the Ponseti method for clubfoot, scoliosis bracing, postural management, and surgery when indicated. A network coordinator selects the clinic and course format for each individual case.

What is Orthopedic Conditions?
Pediatric orthopedic conditions are a broad group of diagnoses: foot deformities, posture problems and lower-limb axis disorders. ICD-10 covers them under M21, M41, Q66 and Q67. It is fundamentally important to work with a child while the musculoskeletal system retains high plasticity — typically up to age 16–18.
Families reach the network case manager with specific conditions: flat feet, scoliosis, congenital clubfoot and the Ponseti method, equinus foot after trauma or in a child with cerebral palsy, hallux valgus in an adolescent with pain. Dedicated pages for each diagnosis and a list of network clinics are below. Details on diagnostics, conservative treatment and surgical support are in the expandable blocks.
